4. User Account and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

  • Unauthorized use of your account must be reported to EZCRM immediately at support@ezcrm.com.

  • EZCRM is not liable for any losses due to unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

a. Subscription Plans

  • Users must choose a subscription plan to access EZCRM. The features and functionalities vary by subscription level.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as chosen by the user.

b. Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.

  • By providing payment details, you authorize EZCRM to charge the subscription fees to your chosen payment method.

c. Renewal and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via their account settings, but access will continue until the end of the billing period.

6. Refund Policy

  • EZCRM offers a 30-day free trial, during which users can cancel at any time without being charged.

7. Use of EZCRM Platform

a. License Grant

  • EZCRM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

b. Permitted Uses

  • EZCRM is intended for managing customer relationships and is not designed for illegal, abusive, or prohibited activities.

c. Prohibited Uses

  • You agree not to:

    • Modify, copy, or distribute EZCRM content without authorization.

    • Use EZCRM to store or share any unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of EZCRM.

d. Data Storage and Security

  • While EZCRM employs measures to secure user data, we cannot guarantee complete protection. Users are responsible for data backup and additional security measures.

  • EZCRM shall not be liable for any data loss due to unauthorized access, hacking, or breaches beyond our reasonable control.

8. Custom Development Services

a. Scope of Work

  • Custom development services are provided based on a specific agreement outlining the project scope, cost, and timeline.

b. Revisions and Changes

  • Reasonable revisions within the scope of the project are allowed. Any additional requirements outside the initial scope will be billed separately.

c. Delivery and Acceptance

  • Project milestones will be delivered as agreed upon. Final approval must be provided in writing.

9. Online Consultation Services

a. Scheduling and Attendance

  • Users may schedule consultations as outlined on our website. Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice.

  • Missed appointments may not be refunded.

b. Content and Confidentiality

  • EZCRM is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during consultations. However, consultations are for guidance only and do not constitute legal or financial advice.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology in EZCRM remain the exclusive property of EZCRM.

  • Users may not use any intellectual property without explicit, written consent from EZCRM.

11. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • EZCRM adheres to a strict Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user data.

  • Users are expected to keep sensitive information shared by EZCRM confidential and use it only for permitted purposes.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

a. No Warranty

  • EZCRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • EZCRM does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

b. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZCRM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  • EZCRM’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

  • EZCRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or unauthorized use of our services.

  • Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting support@ezcrm.com.

14. Indemnification

  • Users agree to indemnify and hold EZCRM harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from a breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the platform, or violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Dispute Resolution
